Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Outpatient

A RDN with a  professional, compassionate and mature demeanor who we can grow with. You can scroll to see the compensation breakdown below.

  • Office location in Downtown Napa; hybrid work (3 days in person)

  • Opportunity to start part time hours and quickly grow your client panel to full time within the first 90 days

  • Counseling experience working in group or individual settings

  • Experience working with marginalized populations, preferred

  • Understanding of motivational interviewing, Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size

*Start date pending insurance credentialing that may take 30-45 days

Please Note: This role is best suited for clinicians who are seeking a long-term home within a collaborative group practice. Because we invest deeply in training, supervision, and team culture, this position is not a good fit for someone who is currently building (or planning to build) their own private practice.

Compensation Package

Full Time, non-exempt, W2 position
Clinicians may increase their caseload to expand their income

Pay Structure

$55–65 per client session (estimated average, based on experience)

  • Higher experience levels earn higher rates

  • Full workday is compensated, including admin time, charting, and cancellations/no-shows

  • Flexible caseload within a full-time schedule

  • Additional clients = additional income (option to maintain a lighter caseload with side projects).

Estimated Annual Compensation:

  • Baseline Caseload + Side Projects (25 clients/wk, 38 hrs) → $67,000 – $80,000/yr

  • Expanded Caseload (30 clients/wk, 40 hrs) → $72,000 – $90,000+/yr

  • $3,000 relocation reimbursement available OR mileage reimbursement for commuting
