Brenna Cumming MS, RDN
Brenna (she/her) is a registered dietitian with experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across multiple levels of eating disorder care, as well as a variety of medical and mental health conditions.
She discovered her passion for this work early in her career while working in treatment settings and has since focused on helping clients rebuild a more trusting and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. Brenna’s approach is compassionate and collaborative, rooted in Health at Every Size and trauma-informed care. She enjoys helping clients build confidence with food in their everyday lives while creating meaningful, lasting change.
Brenna completed her Master of Science in Dietetic Systems Leadership and dietetic internship at Montana State University. She has worked in both higher levels of care and outpatient settings, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and across the lifespan. Her clinical work also includes supporting clients living with chronic health conditions, with a focus on practical, sustainable nutrition strategies that prioritize overall well-being rather than weight loss.
Outside of work, Brenna enjoys hiking, reading, dancing, painting, and spending time with her two cats - a favorite pastime she shares with many of her coworkers.
